After running out of my favorite K-cup blends two months in a row I decided to make life easier and just have them send me an order before I run out. I am one of those guys that has to have his Green Mountain Breakfast Blend to start the day and then switch to the Nantucket Blend for the rest of the day.
Now I don’t have to worry about running out of coffee, it is one less thing in life to have to worry about. I have a combination of Breakfast Blend, Nantucket Blend and Gloria Jeans Supreme Vanilla K cups being delivered. I am sure I will have to place orders for seasonal coffees but this takes the hassle out of trying to find the right coffee at Target or Bed Bath and Beyond.
After having no coffee maker in the RIO hotel room in Las Vegas when I was on vacation I decided to take our coffee with us from now on. Just ordered a Keurig Mini B30 for trips. In a way it will save me money because every time I wanted a coffee I had to go to the Starbucks in the lobby. It was costly for 7 days getting a few tall coffee’s every day while I was there.
I can have my breakfast blend anytime I am on vacation.
I have to say that I am in love with my Keurig B40 coffee maker. I know it is not the traditional way most coffee lovers make their coffee but I am not interested on a so-called right way of making coffee.
I have my Green Mountain Breakfast Blend cup every morning as my first cup. It is kind of mild for a first cup of coffee but it seem to get me going. It is mild and a little on the sweet side if that is an accurate way of describing it.
After my first cup I switch to a Green Mountain Nantucket Blend. While these are similiar I like to change it up. Using the K-Cup sytem saves me time and clean up is non existant. You just open the cover and throw away the K-Cup. No messing with filters or that accidental spill that always seems to happen when you are in a hurry.
What I like the best of the Keurig sytems is that there is never a burned cup of coffee, it just doesn’t happen and there is no coffee pot sitting there collecting dust.
I just signed up for a twitter account and met Jason from http://www.coffeecupnews.org/ He has some great stuff on coffee. I encourage you to follow him on twitter and visit the site.
